Xybos AIWebsite Redesign

Xybos AI had two separate websites — one clear but visually weak, the other visually strong but unclear.

My challenge was to unify them into a single experience that communicates complex AI services quickly and effectively.

Stakes

Problem

Two separate websites created a fragmented experience and unclear communication.

  • dense text with no clear entry points
  • weak visual hierarchy
  • inconsistent design patterns

Users had to read extensively to understand the offering, reducing clarity and conversion potential.

Old Xybos sites with callouts for dense text, weak hierarchy, and inconsistent patterns
Two sites, one fragmented story — visitors had to work too hard to understand the offer.

Insight

Approach

Redesigned the experience as a single, structured flow.

The original websites relied on dense text to explain complex AI services, making it difficult for users to quickly understand relevance. The core issue wasn’t the amount of content, but the lack of guidance in how users moved through it.

  • clarity over completeness
  • structured over long-form content
  • guided flow over free exploration
From unstructured long-form content to a guided, structured user flow
The fix wasn’t more copy — it was a clearer path through the message.

Solution

Solution

A one-page website designed to guide users from understanding to action, using a structured flow that qualifies users early, builds trust progressively, and introduces decision points at the right moment.

  • modular content blocks
  • clear hierarchy and CTAs
  • consistent visual system

Outcome - complex services now easy to understand.

Solution

Structure & UX

Content was reorganized into a conversion-focused flow:

Hero → Suitable for → How it works (3 steps) → CEO testimonial → Benefits → Case studies → Pricing → Book demo → Implementation (4 steps) → CTA → Client testimonials → FAQ → Contact

Key sections like “Suitable for” and testimonials were intentionally placed early to help users quickly assess relevance and build trust.

Logic: qualification → understanding → trust → value → proof → decision → action

I structured the page to qualify users early (“Suitable for”) and build trust progressively through social proof and clarity before introducing pricing and commitment points, ensuring users understood the value before being asked to commit.

Qualify early, build trust next, then ask for commitment — in that order.

Craft

UI & System

The visual direction was based on the existing brand, which the client wanted to retain.

Instead of redesigning from scratch, I focused on improving clarity and consistency:

  • improved typography hierarchy
  • better spacing and layout
  • consistent UI patterns

This ensured the design felt cohesive while remaining familiar to the brand.

Created reusable components: service cards, buttons, content sections, and navigation patterns.

Same brand DNA, clearer system — components that stay consistent across the page.

Craft

Interaction & Build

Added lightweight motion to support understanding — and implemented the site in WordPress (Elementor) so the team could keep iterating.

  • Lottie animations for complex concepts
  • subtle interactions to guide attention
  • modular WordPress structure with reusable sections
  • easy content editing for ongoing updates
Motion that explains — Lottie used to make a complex process feel concrete.
Interaction pass: subtle motion that guides attention instead of decorating the page.

Proof

Result

  • Unified two websites into one cohesive experience
  • Improved clarity through structure and hierarchy
  • Made services easier to scan and understand
  • Created a flow that better supports user decision-making and conversion
  • Delivered a scalable, maintainable system

Reflection

Key learning Clarity comes from structure — not more content.

Challenge — Working through an agency required proactive decisions with limited direct feedback.

Next step — Align earlier on content hierarchy and page goals to reduce ambiguity.

Balancing SEO-driven content with clarity was a key tension. I had to simplify and restructure content without losing important keywords, which required prioritizing readability while still supporting search visibility.
